Cancellation policy

Forty+ offers optional subscriptions ("Autoship") so your daily sticks arrive automatically. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how you are billed and how to cancel. Forty+ is a brand operated by SK Global LLC.
Subscription plans
- 30-day plan: 1 box of 30 sticks, $59 billed every 30 days.
- 90-day plan: 3 boxes of 30 sticks (90 sticks), $117 billed every 90 days.
The price, quantity and frequency of your plan are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on every subscription order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Automatic renewal
By choosing a subscription, you authorize SK Global LLC (Forty+) to automatically charge the payment method you provided at checkout, at the price and frequency of your plan, until you cancel. Your first charge happens when you place your order. Each renewal is charged on your next billing date: 30 days after your previous order on the 30-day plan, or 90 days on the 90-day plan. There is no minimum commitment.
Managing your subscription
You can pause, skip an order, change your plan, or update your payment method and shipping address at any time from your account at fortyplus.us/account (Manage subscription), or by emailing support@fortyplus.us.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, online from your account or by emailing support@fortyplus.us from the email address used for your order. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before your next billing date. Canceling stops all future charges and shipments. An order that has already been charged or shipped is not canceled, but it remains covered by our money-back guarantee.
Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of the product price within 90 days of receiving your order on the 90-day plan, or within 30 days on the 30-day plan. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Price changes
If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email before the new price applies to a renewal, so you can modify or cancel your plan beforehand.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and contact you to update your payment method. Your order ships once the payment goes through. If the payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
