1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of fortyplus.us and your purchases from Forty+, a brand operated by SK Global LLC, 1001 S Main St, Ste 700, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Products
Forty+ is a dietary supplement. Product descriptions, ingredients and directions are shown on the product page and packaging. Read the label before use, do not exceed the recommended serving, and consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted, and you will receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a payment issue; any amount charged for a canceled order will be refunded.
5. Subscriptions (Autoship)
When you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel:
- 30-day plan: 1 box of 30 sticks, $59 billed every 30 days.
- 90-day plan: 3 boxes of 30 sticks, $117 billed every 90 days.
You can pause, skip or cancel at any time before your next billing date from your account or by emailing support@fortyplus.us. Cancellation takes effect for all future orders. We will notify you in advance of any change to your subscription price.

8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content without our written permission. All content belongs to SK Global LLC or its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
